Tatham House was completed in 2022, and our project here included fully stripping out this prominent property in the heart of St John’s Wood, to rationalise and reconfigure the spaces on each floor to our client’s requirements.

Having no existing load bearing internal partitions allowed us to do this with minimal structural costs however we were also challenged by limitations to access for construction works. We are particularly proud to have reclaimed circulation space to optimise the beautifully proportioned main rooms.

The basement area now houses a stunning family cinema room, shower room with bespoke sauna and a gym. The kitchen on the ground floor has been re-located to the rear of the property giving on to the garden and adjacent to a dining area below a striking double height space. An integrated fish tank connects the main hallway through to the kitchen area.

The first floor houses the main living room with mezzanine and a beautifully detailed drinks bar, with a utility room, two bedrooms and family bathroom to the rear.

The principal bedroom suite is located on the second floor with a large private re-landscaped terrace and a further bedroom to the loft with new rooflights.
