Top architecture practice rebrands

Jo Cowen Architects is now Cowen + Partners for property developers, and Studio Jo Cowen for private homes.
Jo Cowen Architects has revamped its identity and launched a new “Strategic Site Advisory” service, to help residential property developers with funding, planning and regulatory advice, as well as providing support on operations, build, efficiency and marketing.
The rebrand to Cowen + Partners “recognises the growth in the breadth and depth of the team and business” since the practice was set up by Jo Cowen and Chris Wilkinson (pictured) a decade ago.
A new brand – Studio Jo Cowen – has been launched at the same time, to focus on private clients and the individual family homes side of the business.
In the last year, Cowen + Partners achieved planning consents on over 2,000 homes across projects including Bournemouth’s tallest tower and Kidbrooke Village for Berkeley Homes. The firm was also recently appointed on Morden Wharf by Galliard Homes and City Developments Ltd, which promises to create 1,500 new homes alongside a new riverside park.
