The renovation of this four-storey house in Chelsea involved an intricate series of side, rear and roof level extensions, and a full subterranean excavation. The scheme conserves significant features of the original front elevation and celebrates certain original architectural elements and detailing.

The scheme consisted of works to the rear garden, alterations to the rear elevation with floor height increases, a new secluded roof terrace and side infill extension, a full footprint basement excavation with impressive lightwells and a range of interior adjustments.
